This page is dedicated to managing customer order shipments, tracking their status, identifying the shipping company, and viewing the dates associated with each shipment.
Step 1: Accessing the Shipments Page
From the left sidebar, scroll down until you find “Shipping.”
Click on it, and the Shipments Management page will open, as shown in the image.
Shipping Status – How to Use It Step by Step
First: Where Shipment Statuses Appear in the System
Shipment statuses appear on the Shipments Management page in the following location:
From the left-hand menu:
↳ Scroll down until you find Shipping
↳ Click on it
The Shipments Management page will open.
At the top of the page, you will find a section called Filters.
Inside the filters, there is a dropdown menu named: Shipping Status
When you click the dropdown menu, the following statuses will appear:
- Pending
- Finished
- Canceled

For
- Pending: Click this to view shipments that are still being prepared.
- Finished: Click this to view shipments that have been delivered or completed.
- Canceled: Click this to view shipments that have been canceled.
✔ Step 2: Click the Filter Button
After selecting the status, click the green Filter button.
✔ Step 3: View the Results
The table below will update and display only the shipments that match the status you selected.
Where the Shipping Carrier List Appears
From the Shipments Management page, above the shipments table, you will find the Filters section.
Within the filters, there is a dropdown menu titled Shipping Carrier.
Function of the Shipping Carrier List
It is used to select the shipping company for which you want to view shipments only.
How to Use the Shipping Carrier List
Click the dropdown menu next to Shipping Carrier.
You will see a list of available shipping companies, such as:
- All (to display all companies)
- DHL Internetmarke
- DB Schenker Land
- DB Schenker Air
- DB Schenker Ocean FCL
- DB Schenker Ocean LCL
Select the shipping company whose shipments you want to view only.
Filtering Shipments by Shipping Carrier
After selecting a shipping company, click the green Filter button next to the dropdown menus.
The shipments table will update to show only shipments using the selected shipping company.
Important Notes
Selecting All in the dropdown displays shipments from all shipping companies without filtering.
This feature helps you focus on a specific company’s shipments quickly and easily.
Below the filters, you will find a table containing shipment information, which includes the following columns:
Column – Function
- Order ID: The order number of the shipment
- Shipping ID: The shipment’s own number
- Scheduled Date: The scheduled date for sending the shipment
- Carrier Name: The name of the shipping company
- Status: The shipment status
- Odoo Delivery URL: The tracking link for the shipment in Odoo
- Action Details: Details of the shipment’s movements
- Actions: Buttons to perform actions on the shipment (depending on the system)
