The Accounts Integration page allows you to link your system with various Odoo accounts and manage them easily through a simple and clear interface

🔹1. Accessing the Accounts Integration Page

From the left sidebar menu, select Accounts as shown in the image.

The Integration Accounts Management screen will then appear.

🔹2. Selecting the System to Connect

At the top section of the page, you will find a field labeled:

Select

It is a dropdown menu that contains the available systems for integration.

Choose Odoo to begin setting up the connection.

🔹3. Managing Accounts:

A button for adding a new Odoo account.

After filling in the fields, click the button to save the account under Connected Accounts.

To delete the selected account from the list.

🔹4. Account Settings:

When adding a new account or editing an existing one, the Odoo Settings fields will appear:

a. URL

Enter the link to your Odoo instance.

b. Account Name

A custom name for the account to make it easy to identify within the system.

c. Database Name

The name of the Odoo database to connect with.

d. User Name

The user’s email within Odoo.

e. Password

The password for the user.

🔹5. Managing Connected Accounts

Connected Accounts

This section displays a list of all Odoo accounts that have been added previously.

You can select any account from the list to make modifications.

Steps to Fetch Integration Data from Odoo

Obtaining the URL: Copy the login link to your Odoo system (e.g., https://yourcompany.odoo.com).

Obtaining the Database Name: Find out the database name being used from the database selection page or from your system administrator.

Obtaining the User Name: Use the username or email of an account that has API access permissions in Odoo.

Obtaining the Password: Use the password associated with the Odoo user account.

Entering Data in the Integration Form:
Enter all the required information on the Accounts Integration page and save it.
