The Accounts Integration feature allows you to connect your Galaxus account with the system, enabling you to manage data, fetch orders, and update information automatically by entering your account integration credentials.

Integration Steps:

  1. Access the Accounts Integration section: From the sidebar, select Accounts.
  2. Select Galaxus from the dropdown: In the Select dropdown menu, choose Galaxus.

Fill in the Account Details:

  • Account Name: Enter a name for the account to be identified within the system (e.g., My Galaxus Account).
  • Client ID: Enter your Galaxus account’s client identifier.
  • Client Secret: Enter the client secret associated with your Galaxus account.

Save the Account:

After entering the details, click the Save or Confirm Add button (depending on the system interface)

Delete Account

Select an account from the Connected Accounts box.

Click the Delete Account button.

Confirm the deletion.

A box appears on the left displaying all Galaxعs accounts that have been previously linked to the system.

When you select any account from the list, its details will be displayed in the Account Settings section.

📘Galaxus API Credentials – How to Obtain Integration Keys

🔹1. Log in to Your Galaxos Account

Open the Galaxos website.

Log in to the account you want to connect to the system.

Go to the API Settings page

After logging in:

From the main menu, navigate to: Settings → Developer Settings → API Keys / Integrations

🔹2. Create a New API Key

If you don’t already have an existing key:

Click the button: Create API Key or Generate Credentials

A form will appear containing:

App Name / Integration Name → Enter an identifier such as:

  • TecSee Integration
  • Store Sync

Permissions

Select the permissions your system needs (e.g., Products – Orders – Inventory…).

Click Save / Generate
