Connecting Shopify in AdlerDo

Step 1: Enter Account Details

In the Accounts Integration interface, fill in the following fields:

1. Account Name

Enter a distinctive name for this connection, for example:
“My Shopify Store”

This name is used internally to identify the account.

2. API Token

Enter your Shopify Admin API Access Token.

This token allows AdlerDo to securely access your Shopify store data such as products, orders, and customers.

3. Webhook Secret

Enter your Webhook Signing Secret.

This secret is used to verify that incoming messages and updates from Shopify are authentic and have not been tampered with.

4. Store Name

Enter your Shopify store name exactly as registered in Shopify.

This is the store’s admin domain name (without protocol).

Step 2: Save and Connect the Account

After filling in all fields accurately, click the Add New Account button (green).

AdlerDo will attempt to establish a secure connection with Shopify.

Step 3: Verify Connected Accounts

Once connected successfully:

  • Your Shopify account will appear under the Connected Accounts list on the left

  • The account status confirms that the connection is active

At this point, your Shopify store is ready for synchronization.

Delete Connection (Optional)

If you need to remove the Shopify connection:

  1. Select the Shopify account from the Connected Accounts list

  2. Click the Delete Account button (red)

⚠️ Deleting the account will stop all synchronization immediately.
