Connect Odoo via Accounts Integration

The Accounts Integration page allows you to link AdlerDo with one or more Odoo accounts and manage them easily through a simple, clear, and secure interface.
Once connected, AdlerDo can communicate directly with your Odoo system to synchronize products, inventory, orders, and operational data.

Odoo Integration Overview

Connecting Odoo to AdlerDo allows you to unify your marketplace and shop operations by centralizing all critical data directly inside your Odoo environment.

This integration creates a stable and scalable data flow between AdlerDo and Odoo, ensuring accurate operations with minimal manual intervention.

Accessing the Accounts Integration Page

From the left sidebar menu, select:

Accounts

The Integration Accounts Management screen will then appear, showing all available account connections and settings.

Selecting the System to Connect

At the top section of the page, you will find a dropdown field labeled:

This dropdown contains all available systems supported by AdlerDo.

To begin the setup:

  • Choose Odoo from the dropdown menu

(The example image shows Odoo selected.)

Managing Accounts

Add New Account

  • Used to add a new Odoo account.

  • After filling in all required fields, click Add New Account to save the connection.

  • The account will appear under Connected Accounts on the left.

Delete Account

  • Used to delete the currently selected Odoo account.

  • Once deleted, synchronization for that account will stop immediately.

⚠️ Deleting an account does not affect data inside Odoo, only the connection.

Account Settings (Odoo)

When adding a new account or editing an existing one, the Odoo Settings fields will appear.

Fields Description

a. URL

Enter the login URL of your Odoo instance.

Example:

https://yourcompany.odoo.com

b. Account Name

A custom internal name to easily identify the Odoo account within AdlerDo.

Example:

“Odoo – Main ERP”

c. Database Name

The name of the Odoo database you want to connect to.

This is required for authentication and data access.

d. User Name

The username or email address of the Odoo user.

The user must have sufficient permissions to access required modules.

e. Password

The password associated with the selected Odoo user account.

🔒 This information is handled securely and used only for authentication.

Managing Connected Accounts

Connected Accounts

This section displays a list of all previously added Odoo accounts.

From here, you can:

  • Select an account to edit its settings

  • Delete an account if it is no longer needed

This makes it easy to manage multiple Odoo databases or environments (e.g. production and staging).

Steps to Fetch Integration Data from Odoo

Obtain the URL

Copy the login URL of your Odoo system.

Example:

https://yourcompany.odoo.com

Obtain the Database Name

  • Find the database name on the database selection page

  • Or request it from your Odoo system administrator

Obtain the User Name

Use the username or email of an Odoo user with API access permissions.

Obtain the Password

Use the password associated with the selected Odoo user account.

Enter and Save the Data

  1. Enter all required information on the Accounts Integration page

  2. Review the details for accuracy

  3. Click Add New Account to save the connection

Once saved, the Odoo account will appear under Connected Accounts and be ready for synchronization.
