1. Select Account Type: From the dropdown menu next to Select, choose Kaufland.
2. Enter Account Detail:
- Account Name: Enter a distinctive name for this connection, such as “My Kaufland Store”.
- Client ID: Enter the Client ID from your Kaufland account.
- Client Secret: Enter the Client Secret from your Kaufland account.
3. Save and Connect the Account: After filling in all fields, click the Add New Account button (green) to complete the connection.
4. Verify Connected Accounts: Once connected, your Kaufland account will appear in the Connected Accounts list on the left.

Steps to Obtain Your API Credentials
Follow the steps below exactly as shown in the interface:
Navigate to the API Settings
link: https://sellerportal.kaufland.de/settings/api
From the left-side menu, go to: Settings → Shop Settings → API
View Your Current API Keys
In the “Current API key” section, you will see:
- Client key: (Client ID) — masked for security
- Secret key: (Client Secret) — masked for security
These values are hidden and cannot be revealed for security reasons.
Generate New API Keys (If Needed)
If you need to create a new pair of credentials, click the button:

⚠ Important:
Once you generate new keys:
- The old Client ID and Client Secret become invalid
- You must update your integration with the new credentials
Save Your New Credentials
After generating new keys:
- Copy the Client ID
- Copy the Client Secret
Store them securely, as you cannot retrieve them again once you leave the page
