This interface allows you to manage and link different shipping company accounts within the system, such as DHL and DB Schenker. Through it, you can add new accounts, edit them, delete them, or recharge the shipping wallet balance associated with the account.
🔷1. Accessing the Carrier Accounts Page
From the left sidebar:
Select Carrier Accounts (highlighted in red in the image).
You will then see a list of available carriers under Connected Accounts.
🔷2. Available Shipping Carriers
In the example, the following appear:
- DHL Internetmarke (highlighted in red)
- DB Schenker
When you click on any carrier, its management settings will be displayed.
🔷3. DHL Account Management Page
When selecting DHL Internetmarke, the DHL account management page appears, which includes:
- Add Account (Green) – Add a new DHL account to the system
- Edit Account (Yellow) – Edit an existing account
- Delete (Red) – Delete an account from the system
- Charge Account Wallet (Orange) – Recharge the DHL account wallet balance
🔷4. Accounts Table
Below the buttons, a table appears containing the registered DHL accounts.
Available columns:
- Username: The username of the DHL account
- Create Shipping List: Indicates whether a shipping list can be created for this account
- DPI: The required shipping label resolution
- Voucher Layout: The layout of the shipping label/policy
Currently, the table is empty because no account has been added yet.
Workflow Overview
➤ To add a new account:
When you click the Add Account button in the DHL account management interface, a new window appears allowing you to enter the new DHL account information along with settings related to printing and shipping.
Description of Key Fields
- Email and Password: The basic login credentials for the account. They must be entered accurately to ensure the system can connect to the DHL account.
- Create Shipping List: Specifies how many shipping lists will be created, useful when there are multiple shipments.
- DPI: Print resolution that determines the quality and clarity of the labels.
- Voucher Layout: The design or template of the shipping label that will be printed.
- Page Format, Width, Height, Page Type, Orientation: Detailed settings to control the size and layout of the print page.
- Space X, Space Y: The spacing between labels on the page.
- Count X, Count Y: The number of labels horizontally and vertically.
- Margin Top, Margin Left: Sets the top and left margins of the page to control the print position.
How to Use
- Open the Add New DHL Account window by clicking the Add Account button.
- Fill in the basic fields (Email and Password).
- Adjust the printing settings according to your needs (DPI, Voucher Layout, page size, margins, etc.).
- Click Save or Confirm (button not shown in the image but usually located at the bottom of the form) to save the new account.
- After saving, the new account will appear in the DHL accounts list in the main window.
➤ To edit an account:
- Select the account from the table
- Click Edit Account
- Modify the required information
- Click Save
➤ To delete an account:
- Select the account from the table
- Click Delete
➤ To recharge the account balance:
- Click Charge Account Wallet
- Enter the recharge amount
- Confirm the transaction
✅Steps to Create a DHL Account (the account that provides Email + Password)
Step 1 — Access the official DHL website
Step 2 — Click on Sign Up / Register
You will find a button such as:
- Register
- Create Account
- Or Business Login → Register
Step 3 — Choose the Account Type
DHL offers two types of accounts:
- Personal Account (not suitable for API integration)
- Business Account (required for system integration)
You should select: Business Account
Step 4 — Enter the Required Information
You will be asked to provide:
- Create a Password
- Company Information
- Mobile Number
- Your Address
Step 5 — Activate the Account
DHL will send you an email to confirm your account.
Step 6 — Log in with the New Account
After activation, you can log in to the DHL portal.
