Dynamic Import & Export

The system provides powerful Dynamic Import and Export tools that allow you to manage your product data with maximum flexibility. These features support importing and exporting product information to and from any marketplace with ease.

Dynamic Import Product

The Dynamic Import Product feature allows you to upload product data from any file format or structure, without requiring a predefined template.

  • Automatically detects and maps your columns to the system fields.
  • Allows importing large product catalogs in seconds.
  • Suitable for syncing data from suppliers or external systems.

How to Use Dynamic Import Product

Step 1 — Open the Import Page

Go to:

Products → Import → Dynamic Import Product

Step 2 — Upload Your File

  • Click import excel fill
  • Select your file (Excel / CSV / any format)

The system supports any column structure—no need to rearrange anything.

Step 3 — Automatic Column Mapping

After uploading:

  • The system will automatically detect column names
  • It will map each column to the correct field (Name, SKU, Price, GTIN, etc.)

If the system is unsure about a column, it will ask you to select the correct field manually.

Step 4 — Review & Confirm

Check the mapping preview:

  • Ensure columns are matched correctly
  • Make adjustments if needed

Then click Confirm.

Step 5 — UpLoad

  • Press upload.
  • Your products will be created or updated instantly.

Download Import Template

When you click the green Download Import Template button → the system instantly downloads a ready-to-use Excel file named Product_Import_Template.xlsx

Where do you want to publish the imported products?

After importing products (whether from an Excel file or via Dynamic Import), this section is responsible for deciding exactly which marketplaces and seller accounts the products will be automatically published to as soon as the import is complete. If no marketplace or account is selected here → the products will be added to your catalog only and will NOT be published to any marketplace.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Action: From the first dropdown “Select Marketplace”, choose the desired marketplace.

Expected Result: The second dropdown “Select Account” updates and shows only accounts linked to that marketplace.

Step 2

Action: From the second dropdown, choose the specific seller account you want to publish to.

Step 3

Action: Click the orange button Add to List.

Expected Result: The marketplace + account appear in the table below.

Step 4

Action: Repeat steps 1–3 to add more marketplaces/accounts (if you want to publish to multiple places).

Expected Result: Each new addition = imported products will be automatically published to that account too.

Step 5

Action: To remove a marketplace/account from the list → click Delete in the table.

Expected Result: That marketplace/account will no longer receive the imported products.

Step 6

Action: When finished → click Upload Selected or Import at the bottom.

Expected Result: Products are imported + instantly published to every marketplace and account listed in the table.

Important Note

If you leave the table empty (no marketplace or account added), the products will only be saved in your system and will not be published to any marketplace until you manually add them later from the individual product page.

Dynamic Import Variant

The Dynamic Import Variant feature allows users to upload variant data for products from any file format or structure—without requiring a predefined template.

This tool is designed to simplify importing variant-rich catalogs.

How It Works

First: upload Your File

  1. Navigate to: Products → Import → Dynamic Import Variant
  2. Click Upload File select

The system accepts any structure—columns can be in any order.

Second: Automatic Column Detection

Once uploaded:

  • The system scans the sheet
  • Detects relevant columns (SKU, Parent SKU, Size, Color, Price, etc.)
  • Suggests field mappings automatically

If a column is unclear, the system will show a dropdown so you can choose the correct field manually.

Product Attributes Component

This component allows the user to assign attributes to a product by selecting an attribute name and a corresponding value, then adding them to a list.

Component Purpose

  1. The Product Attributes section enables the user to: Select an attribute name, Select an attribute value related to that name.
  2. Add the selected pair to the attributes list
  3. Manage (edit/delete) attribute entries from a table

This ensures every product can have one or more attribute/value pairs that describe its variations.

Download Variants Button

The Download Variants button allows the user to download a ready-made Excel file that contains a template designed for entering the product’s variant data.

This template helps the user prepare the data in the correct format before uploading it to the system.

Export button

The Export button allows users to download all products currently displayed in the Product Management screen—or only the selected products—in a clean and structured Excel file.

This file is generated instantly and contains the complete product data exactly as shown in the system’s product table.

When the user clicks Export, the system:

Collects either:

Only the selected products** (if the user has checked specific rows).

Generates an Excel file containing structured product information.

Downloads the file immediately to the user’s device.

Exported File Format

The exported Excel file includes all standard product fields such as:

  • Product Name
  • SKU
  • Price
  • GTIN
  • MPN
  • ASIN
  • UPC
  • Taric Code
  • Origin Country
  • Variants (if available)
  • Any additional custom attributes displayed in the table

The file uses the same structure and columns as your product list inside the system,
ensuring:
